A Formidable Foundation in Education and Industry
Meghana’s journey began with a solid academic foundation – earning both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Engineering from IIT Madras in 2014. Her brilliant performance and critical thinking skills led her to a successful career across multiple financial firms, where she spent over eight years honing leadership qualities, problem-solving ability, and strategic acumen.
But Meghana’s true calling lay in transforming education – a dynamic landscape she believed needed to transcend traditional confines. And so, in 2022, she founded Shantiniketan International School in Bachupally, driven by the conviction that schools must be sanctuaries for creativity, character, and curiosity.

As Director, Meghana remains guided by a powerful philosophy: “Education should nurture creativity, character, and critical thinking among children. It should prepare them to navigate the rapidly evolving world.” Under her leadership, the school grew not only in reputation but also in community impact – enrolling approximately 600 students across IB PYP, CBSE, and IGCSE streams.

From integrating emerging pedagogies to fostering interdisciplinary inquiry, Meghana has ensured that the school remains nimble, future-ready, and enriched by intentional innovation.
